If you have SMS (Text) messages verified and selected in your account we will contact you via email or text after you submit your file. We will evaluate your file(s) and let you know what is needed to be do to make your image print ready. This will allow you to do many edits on our website in the future. For example you can edit colors, request resized art file (we will keep versions of the art in your library).
We save every piece of artwork/logos you upload (FREE for active customers) and you can access it inside the art library. Once approved in the art library it is available for you to order, change color(s) request edits, etc.

In order to turn orders quickly we begin working on your job within the first 24 hours. Unfortunately, many of our costs occur within the first 24 hours, therefore we are typically unable to change an order once it is submitted.
